本说明适用于上弦 Windup App。App 无需注册账号，不会自动将你的健康数据或本人记录发送给开发者。
读取和处理什么
在你授权后，App 只读 Apple 健康中的睡眠数据。身体指标和睡眠呼吸相关数据由你主动选择并授权。补记、修正与解释在设备上处理，用于个人记录和回看，不用于医疗诊断。你可以在系统设置中管理健康和麦克风权限。
数据保留在哪里
健康缓存、修正、本人记录、草稿和习惯保存在本机受系统文件保护的文件中，并排除 App 云备份。摘要及手表补记只在配对的 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 之间传输。没有开发者健康数据服务器、账号同步或云端恢复；卸载或换机可能丢失本机记录。
语音和使用观测
语音输入仅使用支持当前语言的设备端识别，录音最长 55 秒；临时音频缓冲在结束、中断或离开时释放，识别文字须经你确认。可选的使用体验观测默认关闭，开启后也仅在本机保存固定的操作事件，不包含健康内容、原话或录音，没有外部分析 SDK 或接收方。关闭后会清除相应队列和随机身份。
分享、支持和付款
导出与反馈只会在你打开系统分享后，由你选择保存或发送的去向。向支持邮箱发送邮件时，开发者会收到你主动提供的邮件内容，用于处理该次支持请求。请勿提供不必要的敏感信息。自愿支持通过 Apple 的 App 内购买处理，开发者不接收你的付款卡号或支付密码。
删除和撤回授权
本人记录可逐条删除。App 内全部清除会移除本机缓存、修正、草稿、提醒、习惯和本地观测，并停止导入。离线手表需重新连接后完成同步清除。Apple 健康原始记录和你已保存到其他位置的导出文件不会随之删除。主动导出只供回看，当前不能导入恢复。

Privacy policy

This policy applies to the Windup app. No account is required. The app does not automatically send your health data or personal records to the developer.
Health and personal records. With permission, Windup reads sleep data from Apple Health. Optional body and sleep-breathing data require your choice and authorization. Check-ins, corrections, and explanations are processed on your device for personal tracking, not medical diagnosis. You can manage Health and microphone permissions in system settings.
Local storage and Apple Watch. Health caches, corrections, check-ins, drafts, and habits are stored locally with system file protection and excluded from app cloud backup. Summaries and Watch check-ins are transferred only between the paired iPhone and Apple Watch. There is no developer Health-data server, account sync, or cloud recovery. Uninstalling or changing phones may remove local records.
Voice and optional observation. Voice input uses on-device recognition when supported for the selected language, for up to 55 seconds. Temporary audio buffers are released when input ends or is interrupted, or when you leave. You confirm recognized text before it is saved. Optional usage observation is off by default and remains local when enabled. It contains fixed interaction events, not health content, spoken words, or recordings. No external analytics SDK or recipient is connected. Turning it off clears its queue and random identity.
Sharing and support. You choose where exports and feedback go through the system share sheet. If you email support, the developer receives the content you choose to send to handle that request. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Optional tips are processed by Apple's in-app purchase system. The developer does not receive your payment card number or payment password.
Deletion. You can delete individual personal records. Clearing all app data removes local caches, corrections, drafts, reminders, habits, and local observation, and stops imports. An offline Watch must reconnect to complete synchronized deletion. Original Apple Health records and exports saved elsewhere remain. Exports are for viewing and cannot currently be imported for recovery.
